Bullet proof coffee is more of a nourishing coffee, instead of a sugar laden drink. Rich in healthy fats, empty of sugar. Your brain needs healthy fats to function, and this recipe includes that plus takes out the sugar that is the real culprit to our health. I am definitely not the expert bullet-proof coffee maker, but I have found the way that I like it!
Non-Dairy Peppermint Bullet Proof Coffee Recipe
1/4 c canned full fat coconut milk
1 tsp-1 tbsp of grass-fed butter (depending on your liking)
1 drop of peppermint essential oil
1. Add desired amount of coffee to your cup.
2. Add coconut milk, butter, and oil.
3. Pour into a blender and blend for 1 min. This creates a thick foam.
4. This coffee should be milk and sweet, but if you must have it sweeter, add in some stevia. (I use Truvia-1 packet from time to time).
