I don't get to eat these every day, but on re-feed days I hide them in the fridge just for me! LOL! Re-feed days in my current fitness program, 80 Day Obsession, allow for treats and carbs that have a higher glycemic index in order to replenish the glycogen levels in your muscles to increase strength gains as well as bust plateaus. Re-feed days also provide for a bit of a mental break in this Clean Eating program, where having a brownie or a white hamburger bun is actually suggested every other week. And the mental break alone has been surprisingly refreshing!
